1) Who we are

These Terms govern your access to and use of luxenzonz.com (the “Service”). “We”, “us”, and “our” mean Luxenzonz Limited.

2) Eligibility (NZ; 18+ only)

The Service is intended for users in New Zealand. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or close accounts that cannot be verified.

3) Accounts and security

• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your login details secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

4) Virtual currency and in-app purchases

• The Service may include virtual currency (e.g., coins/credits) used only for gameplay.
• Virtual currency is licensed, not sold; it has no cash value and is not redeemable, transferable, or exchangeable for money or anything of value.
• Optional purchases may be available to obtain additional virtual currency or features. All purchases are final to the extent permitted by law, and do not enable cash-out or prizes.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots/scripts, or attempting to manipulate outcomes.
• Reverse engineering, interfering with security, scraping, or unauthorized access.
• Harassment, illegal content, infringement of others’ rights, or any unlawful use.
• Buying/selling accounts or virtual currency, or attempting to cash-out or barter virtual items.

6) Intellectual property and licence

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, designs, and content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that virtual currency balances will be preserved. Gameplay outcomes are for entertainment and do not imply real-world skill or value.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of virtual currency. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

9) Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will try to resolve it promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date we post the updated Terms on the Service. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
