3) How we store, secure, and retain information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., access controls and secure hosting). No method of transmission/storage is completely secure.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal requirements, and to resolve disputes. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

4) Sharing and cross-border disclosures

We may share personal information with trusted service providers who help operate our business, such as website hosting, analytics, email/communications, customer support tools, and payment processing (where used). They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

Some providers may store or process information outside New Zealand. Where we disclose information overseas, we take steps consistent with the Privacy Act 2020 to ensure the recipient protects the information in a comparable way (e.g., contractual protections or verified safeguards).
